Management
Dipl.-Ing. Siegbert Winkler
Technical Managing Director
Dipl.-Ing. Siegbert Winkler has been shaping the technological development of CT-VIDEO GmbH since 2001. Over the years, he has held various technical and leadership positions, progressing from technical sales and engineering to Head of Technology and Authorized Signatory.
Since 2012, he has served as Technical Managing Director, overseeing the company’s technological strategy and innovation roadmap. A key milestone under his leadership was the concept of realizing customized system solutions based on standardized components. In addition, he initiated and actively drove the early digitalization of the company’s entire product portfolio.
Thomas H. Günther
Commercial Managing Director
Thomas H. Günther has been associated with CT-VIDEO GmbH since its founding and has served as Commercial Managing Director from the outset.
Since 2003, he has also held the position of Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CEOTRONICS AG, headquartered in Rödermark near Frankfurt. With strategic foresight and strong entrepreneurial responsibility, he leads both the CEOTRONICS Group and its subsidiary in Lutherstadt Eisleben.

The heart of CT-VIDEO GmbH is its in-house research and development department. This is where sophisticated standard products are created, as well as innovative solutions that are as unique as the requirements of each customer.
Every customer is closely involved in the design and development process as a partner and co-designer, both in electronics and software as well as in construction. In a direct exchange, the team of experts develops clever solutions that are precisely tailored to individual requirements.
